The room at Loft Hotel Ipiales was cozy and felt like a home away from home. the balcony offered a lovely view, the bed was snuggly, and the shower was a warm oasis. As a business traveler, the laptop-friendly workspace was much appreciated.

Personally, I found the lack of bathroom trash cans a bit inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our double room for 3 nights was fantastic, with amenities like a safe, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

The location is favourable, relatively near Laptop. The rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Loft Hotel in Ipiales. The location was perfect, right above Puma and Superdry stores in the mall. The bath and suite room was spacious and well-furnished, with a huge and comfortable bed. The linens were of great quality, and the room service was prompt and professional. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
